
In this video I go over an extremely common back training mistake I see at the gym. If you want to grow your back, you have to make sure you're targeting the right muscles. For example, on the cable row (shown in this video) many people make the mistake of bringing their elbows back up too high and end up targeting their traps and rear delts more than their lats. One very easy way to fix this mistake is instead of flaring your elbows and pulling the bar into your chest, simply drop your elbows down and bring them back.
